Home!

We brought VIolet home on Friday, January 26 at about 1:30. The dogs did pretty good! Porter sniffed her, then went and laid down. Obi wanted (and STILL wants) to lick her ALL THE TIME! But he's gotten much better. He still likes to cry when she cries (it's a lovely 2-part harmony), but other than that he's been much more calm and wants to give her kisses 20 hours out of the day instead of 24 :)


Soooo happy to be home...


Here is Violet all bundled up for bed. She stays pretty cozy and looks like a little pea in a pod :)


Bath time!
Jon is the resident "Baby Bather" - here she is during her second bath (the first one involved much screaming - not exactly a Kodak moment!). She LOOOOVES having her head washed. She HAAATES having the rest of her washed. Luckily she can start having tub baths now so we'll see what she thinks of those!


Violet very much likes the changing table/dresser her Daddy made for her. She looks SOOO tiny up there!
